The Ticonderoga Area Chamber of Commerce works closely with local and regional economic development groups and organizations to ensure the economic growth and success of the Ticonderoga Area.
The IDA can provide financing through loan and bond programs, economic incentives, assistance with local regulatory agencies, and building/site location assistance.
PRIDE of Ticonderoga, Inc., governed by a eight-member Board of Directors, has been awarded over 7 million dollars in grants for housing rehabilitation, affordable housing, economic development, Main Street revitalization, historic preservation, and community development programs over the past 28 years. PRIDE works in partnership with local, county, regional, state and federal governmental agencies, community-based organizations, business and industrial groups, and individuals and families to identify specific needs, evaluate funding options, develop strategies, prepare funding applications, assist with fundraising, and implement programs and projects to effect community revitalization.
The Ticonderoga Montcalm Street Partnership (TMSP) is a not-for-profit 501 (c) (3) organization established in 2007. Its mission is to create and enhance the economic, historic and social development of Ticonderoga's traditional business district, employing the National Trust Main Street Center's guidelines for organization, design, promotion and economic restructuring. TMSP seeks to create meaningful and long-term change in Historic Downtown Ticonderoga. Meetings are held monthly and volunteers are always welcome. The Ti-Alliance is a not-for-profit, local development corporation whose mission it is to restore economic prosperity in the Ticonderoga region by serving as a clearinghouse for innovative ideas and resources, and a catalyst for public-private partnerships and investment opportunities.
