Ticonderoga
has been experiencing a resurgence of business growth with
expansions of existing companies and new business openings.
International Paper Company and Interlakes Health Facility,
have all completed multi-million dollar expansions and Fort
Ticonderoga’s new Deborah C. Mars Education Center
is now finished and available for numerous occasions. Wal-Mart
continues to draw an enormous customer base, which facilitates
and attracts new chain store/big-box interest in Ticonderoga.

opened in the last 4 years; 1/3 of which are small chain stores.

residents and the business community are actively involved
with all aspects of the community, specifically, the newly-formed
