Ticonderoga Emergency Squad Awards 2026 Daniel L. Padula Memorial Scholarship.TICONDEROGA, NY — The Ticonderoga Emergency Squad is pleased to announce that Isabelle Burroughs has been selected as the recipient of the 2026 Daniel L. Padula Memorial Scholarship.Established in 2001 by Addie Bova, the Daniel L. Padula Memorial Scholarship honors the life and legacy of Daniel L. Padula, a longtime physician assistant, captain and medical director of Ticonderoga Emergency Squad, Town Health Officer, veteran, and dedicated community leader. Throughout his life, Dan was committed to improving the health and well-being of others through his service in healthcare, emergency medical services, and public health. The scholarship is awarded annually to a graduating Ticonderoga High School senior who plans to pursue a career in a healthcare-related field, helping to support and inspire the next generation of healthcare professionals.Isabelle was selected based on her academic achievements, commitment to community service, and dedication to furthering her education. The members of Ticonderoga Emergency Squad congratulate her on this accomplishment and wish her continued success in her future.The Ticonderoga Emergency Squad would also like to recognize the Stewart's Shops Holiday Match Program for its generous support of the scholarship fund.
